Whirlpool referred me to A&E Factory Service to repair my Whirlpool Washing Machine. The technician was suppose to be here between 8:00 AM and noon.
It is 2:00 PM and I am still waiting for someone to arrive.
First, they were running late and now - without ever seeing my washing machine - the repair man has determined that he needs assistant to make the service call and has to wait for the assistant to arrive. Interesting that this can be determiened without evaluating the problem. I find all of this out after being placed on hold multiple times.
Whirlpool needs to find a better service provider!!
