I have had a Whirlpool front loading washer for 5 years. It has had to be repaired at least 4 times plus in 5 years.

We purchased the extended warranty for 5 years but that ended in September 2013. It is broke again, my husband called A& E for a repair they said it would be 2 weeks and they would arrive between 8:00am-12:00pm. No show or call.

We have called the company 3 times today, hung up on twice and I spoke with a supervisor finally to find out "the system is still down" I asked what system her reply was scheduling...WOW how in the world can the tech know where to go? She said the tech would arrive between 1:00-1:30...I will be contacting Nebraska Furniture Mart regarding this warranty company they use and strongly advise them to cancel their contract otherwise I will no longer purchase an appliance from them.

Monetary Loss: $500.
