I was scheduled for follow up repair on 2/19/2013 between 8 am - 12 pm. Received call confirming Technician would be here at the appointment.
Parts was ordered by Technician previously and delivered via UPS (was NOT TOLD parts would be delivered to my home ,so now I have these large cartons in my home with the parts and a job not completed). Never rec'd a courtesy call if they were going to be late or not coming. Call customer service (Binda & VIO)several times and asked to speak to supervisor/manager and was never connected.
LOST A DAYS PAY. PISSED OFF!
Monetary Loss: $264.
