We were sent an A and E service person for our washer repair through American Home Shield. It took a week to get an appointment, then it takes another week to order the part which is shipped to you.

On Monday of the next week UPS delivered a coupling, but no motor. After an hour and 20 minutes of being told that different departments deal with this, was finally told that they would look into it and call me back that night.

Of course no one called back, and after another 30 minutes on the phone the next day was finally told it is my problem to track down the missing part and if I can't they will just have to ship another one which will of course take another week. Frustrating, poor service all around!
