I contacted my extended warranty provider for my washer because it was making noise on January 23 ,13 and they sent a tech from A & E to my home to diagnose the problem February 1, 13 well since then to this day I have still not gotten my washer fixed the called a half hour yesterday before the appointment time to cancel for the third time .Not to mention when the one part came damaged I called and let them know the day I got it and the parts department never ordered the new replacement part for the one service so it got pushed back another 14 days they suck as far as customer service goes and we lost three days worth of pay because of them and the games they keep playing never again.

I hope they go out of business talk about customer relations sorry doesn't help us when all you do is screw your customers get real idiots ...
