Called once under original Whirlpool warranty - showed up late for both of the two visits they needed to fix the problem. Problem was resolved

Called once under extended warranty - showed up late for 1/2 of the appointments. Waiting to see if the problem gets resolved.

Out of 9 calls to the call center, only 3 of the employees spoke English adequately to discuss the problem in everyday language.

Techs are always clean and polite when they do arrive.

My hourly rate at work is 120.00. I am an independent contractor. If I am not working, I do not get paid. Given that I spent two extra days waiting, and they were late each day: loss is around 1560.00

Monetary Loss: $1560.
