We've been trying for over a month to get our washer fixed by A & E Factory service. The technician comes at least once a week, and whatever part he orders never fixes the problem, and he doesn't stay long enough to make sure it works.

My husband and I have wasted so much time and money staying home, playing phone tag with the tech, and paying for parts that don't fix the problem.

I don't think they'll ever fix the machine because they don't know what they're doing. I will spread the word and you should too--worst repair service ever.

Now it's taking several calls to get my money refunded for the part. I called Saturday, she didn't record anything according to the person I called Wednesday since I hadn't heard back.

Then tonight I get home and there's a message asking me to call and verify my information, which I've done twice already. Will I ever get my money back?
