We had a refrigerator stop working. Went through the store we bought it from and somehow ended up with a number to A&E.

We were set up with an appointment, 2 weeks out! I kept getting a recorded message on the phone to call to reschedule appoint. I called, they were closed (weekend). I called again on Monday and was given another appointment this time for one week away, better.

Got a recorded message again to call to reschedule appointment. I ignored it the first day, thought it was a mistake. The second day got a call again and I called them back. This time I was told by a very confused person, who did not speak English well, that they were overbooked and she did not know when they could get to me.

Really! How long do they expect people to go without a refrigerator? It's less than a year old and under warranty.

Terribly ran company. I am now waiting for the store I bought it from to call me back to see what they can do.
