Ae Factory Service - Worst customer service
It took 11 days to get an appointment and they where suppose to show up between 8am to 5 pm, never made it.Finally at 7 pm the tech explain that I need to order the part online than call back for an appointment.
So I decided to call customer service and complain about this issue and they put me on hold for 25 minutes before I decided to hang up, I already gave them a whole day of my time and now they wanted to put me on a endless hold to waste more of my time.The worst company ever!!!!
Monetary Loss: $500.
