I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SPECIFIC SUPERVISOR IN THE DALLAS OFFICE ON SEVERAL MADE CALLS AND KEPT GETTING HUNG UP ON. RUDE!
RUDE! RUDE! THEY NEED PPL WHO SPEAK ENGLISH AND WHEN I FINALLY GOT THRU THEY MADE ME WAIT 20MN (EACH TIME) SO I JUST FINALLY HUNG UP. JUST HAD TO CALL TO CONFIRM AN APPT THEN THIS DARN THING SAYS ENTER 100 WORDS, REALLY???
Just my opinion they really need to have more pleasant customer service reps on here.
You are already upset that your appliance is not working properly. Should not hve to deal with bad customer service.
