Waited three weeks to get someone out here to address problem with propane burner on a Hotpoint Range (just over 1 year old) in which the burner kept blowing out. Had purchased a 5-yr.
extended warranty. When someone finally showed up (1/2 hour after I had to leave for hospital appointment)(thankfully my Son had showed up here earlier), he was told this was a "Customer Charge" service. When my Son told him this was a "Warranty Service" call, he left.
When I tried to call them this morning, TWICE I was on hold for more than 10 minutes and then disconnected. Am reporting them to the Warranty company.
