I called the 800# I was given for A & E Service to get a sooner repair date since I received the part sooner than expected. I got a woman with a accent I could not understand. She gave me a date that was later than the original date. I called a second 800# (which was a local #) and got the same woman. I asked to speak with the technician who told me to call for a sooner repair date. She wouldn't transfer me. And I still have the later date. I've been without a washer for three weeks.
